That is definitely pushing the power limit. Even providing 'weaponry' to her toys is pushing it. We have someone else, Gaige from Borderlands, apping in with a similar power, but she still needs to add the weapons to their servants herself, for example. However, while it is pushing it, so long as this is balanced properly, we are willing to allow the toys having weapons. At least at app phase. But the animate everything bit is right out, in combination with everything else.

As for the other question, that's perfectly acceptable.
