I watched the episode again, and now the personality section has been entirely rewritten.

I must confess, I had missed something critically important about Joss' personality, and I never would have noticed it if you mods hadn't told me to revisit it. Hopefully it comes through with this rewrite. If not then I am willing to try again if you are.
